We purchased our mattress (Helix Twilight) from Jim in July of 2023. We are still in love with this mattress. Jim was great to work with - he spent a ton of time walking us through the different options and letting us test them out in the store. We were so indecisive and he was extremely patient. His recommendation was perfect and we feel like we are in a high end hotel with this mattress. Service and delivery were perfect.
